SpamPal is an intermediary application between your mail client and your inbox.
Spam Pal will analyse all your e-mails in your inbox, applying a certain method to determine if they are Spam or not, and if SpamPal consider that any of those e-mails are Spam, it will mark them with th word "SPAM" before them in the subject.
You only have to configure your mail client to filter the e-mails with this mark and you will find all of them in a separate folder, or even deleted, it depends on your preferences.
Spam has a new enemy and it is called SpamPal
